The State of Rhode Island value for "Percent of exams scored at college-level mastery" was inadvertently reported as a 1. The correct value is 58%. The Web site was corrected on January 27, 2009.
Birchwood and Edward Ricci Middle Schools were omitted from the Middle School report in the Information Works! 2008 book. Also, the Middle School state total was reported as $6747. The correct figure is $6730. These errors were corrected on the Web site on May 27, 2008.
The per-pupil expenditures presented in this report includes all students in general education as well as in programs targeted to specific populations such as English-language learners and Students with Disabilities. The title of the report was corrected on May 7, 2009 to reflect this information.
Because data for students attending school in the “annexes” were not incorporated into school-level data, some information in the on-line reports on four Providence elementary schools was incorrect. These schools are the:

The report was inadvertently labeled as a single grade analysis at each school level. The headers were corrected on March 25, 2009. The analysis presented on the report remains unchanged.
